The American Bresse Chicken metabolizes its food differently than all other types of chicken. It distributes its fat throughout the muscle tissue giving incredible marbling - its known as the wagyu of chicken!

These heritage birds are beyond pasture raised. They forage woodlands and grasses for more than 19 weeks which is 10 week longer than any other chicken. This helps develop their rich and juicy taste profile.

Their Corn Free, Soy Free, Flax Free supplemental feed is long fermented, creating the most nutrient dense and flavorful Chicken 

The Long Fermentation of the supplemental feed not only allows the nutrients to be more bioavailable but reduces the inflammatory effect of grains. It is truly the Ancestral way to feed Heritage Chickens. 

We air chill our birds in our USDA inspected processing plant. This means the chicken you receive has been untouched by chemicals, cooled by clean air and vacuum sealed in BPA free, thoughtfully selected packaging.
